Shipping Policy

When do you ship?

Since most of our products are handmade and made to order, orders ship 3-14 days after order.  Orders are shipped Tuesday - Saturday. 

Where do you ship to? 

We currently ship anywhere in the United States (including military bases and places like Guam and Puerto Rico).  We ship internationally to Canada, Australia, and the UK (for an extra shipping fee) .  If you have a question about shipping please email us at: info@lolasgnomes.com

How do you ship?

We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail.  In most cases, packages shipped in the US are delivered within 3 business days. 

Rates to ship

If shipping charges are applied, the rate charged for shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final check out page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you choose not to. 

How to track an order that has been shipped

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email from USPS with your tracking number once the order ships.
